Creative Aging Programming Supported at 36 Libraries Across Indiana

If you're over the age of 65 and living in Indiana, you're in luck.

The state's 36 public libraries have been awarded $5,000 through the Lifelong Arts Indiana program to host classes for adults in their 60s, 70s, and older, the Kokomo Tribune reports.

The libraries will use the money to offer such classes as papermaking, weaving, pottery, and more.

"It's a great way to meet new people and have fun at the same time," says the president of the Indiana Public Library Foundation, which administers the program.
