If you're looking for a job in Australia, you're in luck.
The country's billionaire dads have put their money where their mouth is, with the help of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
In the 12 years since the couple founded the foundation, they've donated more than $100 million to help people find work.
The Gateses are among the world's richest men, with Bill having a net worth of around $35 billion and his wife, Melinda, worth around $37 billion, per Forbes.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation works to break down barriers to employment around the world, with a particular focus on helping people with "systemic barriers" to employment, per a press release.
In the last year alone, the foundation has donated more than $13 million to 54 employment-focused partners in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
"We are proud to support our partners' work with job seekers and employers, which can help change the trajectory of people's lives," the foundation's CEO says.
