Heart of Cook is a grant program funded by Indiana Michigan Power's Cook Nuclear Plant and administered by Berrien Community Foundation.

Environmental protection, human services, and educational projects are the focus areas of the grant program.

Since it was started, the Heart of Cook program has given out more than $1 million to non-profits all over the region.
