Research and Innovation Initiatives Towards Climate Neutrality

Cyprus is aiming to be an example of "ecological living and sustainable development" in the years to come, and the first Green Agenda Cyprus Summit will be held there on May 20.

Speakers at the event will focus on "the production of renewable energy sources, storage, and optimal smart distribution, financing the green transition, sustainability, and the evolution of the food production chain, as well as waste management," according to a press release.

The event is being held under the auspices of Cyprus' Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Environment.
