If you have a compelling story about the future of child care in America, you may be in luck.
The Better Life Lab at New America and the Bainum Family Foundation are offering a total of $100,000 in grants to reporters who want to write stories about "one of the core shifts in care outlined by the WeVision EarlyEd program by rethinking when learning begins, who is served, the quality of care, or what it costs and how to pay for it," per a press release.
"We're looking for solutions-oriented stories focusing on how and why care issues matter to families, our country, and a thriving economy," the Better Life Lab says.
Interested parties should send their proposals to Rebecca Gale at gale@newamerica.org.
