Lottie Ferguson is the Community Foundation of Greater Flint's new Vice President of Development and Donor Services.
Ferguson is a Flint native and a graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint.
She is the first woman to hold the position in the foundation's nearly 40-year history.
She was named to the position by the Foundation's Board of Trustees.
