It's that time of year again: time for local nonprofits to apply for grant money for the summer.
The Community Foundation serving Southwest Colorado's Archuleta County is accepting grant applications for its 19th Hole Concerts series, which will be held this summer at the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, the Durango Herald reports.
The series features local musicians and is open to all nonprofits in the county.
The cover charge for each concert is a $10 donation to support the four selected nonprofits.
Last year's record-breaking turnout generated the largest grants in the eight-year history of the concerts, raising nearly $3,500 more than the previous year.
"The Community Foundation's 19th Hole Concerts is a wonderful event for the community and our nonprofits," says Tracy Pope, deputy director of the foundation.
