The Community Foundation of Greater Plymouth County awarded grants totaling $139,875 to 27 organizations in the county.
There was a record number of applications submitted, 39, which came in with over $250,000 in requests.
Those receiving a grant, the amount and its purpose include: Lucky Leprechauns for Kids - $10,000 - Basic needs for school children.
Le Mars Police Department - $7,800 - In car camera & Impairment goggles.
