The Cleveland region has an estimated 10,000 manufacturing job openings.
Cleveland-area manufacturers also hope to improve communities left behind as plants closed or moved to the suburbs.
With $5 million in federal stimulus money, they expect to help create thousands of new manufacturing jobs.
