Chamber, GHAF partner on 'Envisioning Our Community's Future' series
Foundation: Grand Haven Area Community Foundation
If you're in Grand Haven, Mich., and really want to know what's going to happen in the not-too-distant future, you're in luck.
The city's Chamber of Commerce is hosting a series of free community breakfasts that will focus on "strategically plan for a shared future," according to a press release.
The first event, "Envisioning Our Community's Future," will be Feb.
28, and will feature Matt Dunsmoor, a Simon Sinek master trainer who specializes in company culture, innovation, purpose, and leadership development.
Other topics will include "The Infinite Game" and "Breaking Out of the Housing Trap."
The breakfasts are free and open to the public.
"We wanted to create a space where we could have good conversations and hear different people's points of view respectfully," the chamber's president tells MLive.com.
"Our hope also is that individuals will pick up on a couple of things and maybe do something new or different because of this series."
