Foundation: Chicago Community Trust
The Sankofa Wellness Village was one of six finalists.
The Pritzker Traubert Foundation provided $135,000 in planning funds to develop their proposals.
Auburn Gresham was selected as the inaugural recipient of the Chicago Prize.
