Those are the words of Donna Dostal, president and CEO of the Pottawattamie County Community Foundation, which is now accepting grant applications through March 31 for its 2022 Community Impact Grants cycle.
The grants, which range from $500 to $5,000 and are available to nonprofit organizations and governmental entities in Pottawattamie County, are intended to "meet an identifiable need in the County and align with the Community Foundation's mission to improve the lives of all County residents," per PCCF's website.
The Des Moines Register notes that the grants are open to any nonprofit in the county that does "innovative and meaningful work."
