The Wayne County Foundation has announced grant funding opportunities slated for its 2014 second competitive grant cycle to support projects that "enhance the Spirit of the Community."
Called The Challenge Match Initiative, it selects organizations and provide them the chance to receive unrestricted funding from the foundation in proportion to dollars raised in the community during a specified period of time.
