Community Foundation Seeking Applications for 2014 Grants in Jackson County
Foundation: Community Foundation of Jackson County
The Community Foundation of Jackson County is now accepting applications for 2014 grants through July 31.
According to board chairman Kevin Gabbard of MainSource Bank, the Foundation will be planning to roll out more than $313,000 in grants to eligible Jackson County nonprofits organizations. With the funds, the Foundation aims to enhance the quality of life for all Jackson County residents.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) released the Nigerian Sustainable Banking Principles, an agreement signed by 34 banks, including the original eight of the nation’s leading banks, that covered nine key areas: environmental and social risk management, environmental and social footprint, human rights, women’s economic empowerment, financial inclusion, environmental and social governance, capacity building, collaborative partnerships and reporting.
