RWJF Commission Recommends Seismic Shift in Funding Priorities
Foundation: Johnson Foundation, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Commission to Build a Healthier America is encouraging U.S. leaders to have a seismic shift in funding priorities.
These funding priorities put an emphasis on early childhood education, community revitalization and broader health care scope beyond medical treatment. The Commission has identified that these areas have the potential for improving the health of the population, especially for low-income families.
