Ross Center To Host International Festival Fundraiser In September.

Ross Community Center is located at 1110 W 10th St, Muncie, IN 47302.

The center will host the first International Festival, from 4-7 p.m.

on Saturday, September 21.

It is a part of the fabric of these neighborhoods for 45 years, named for Garland Ross (a member of the Ross Grocery Stores family)
