The Oshkosh Area Community Foundation (OACF), a nonprofit organization, names Diane Abraham as new chief executive officer of the organization.

Abraham, an Appleton native, desires to tap on the foundation�s reputation in the community and assist the organization to stay innovative and creative while serving the Oshkosh area.
