Kitsap Community Foundation Releases Grants and Scholarships
Foundation: Kitsap Community Foundation, Weaver Foundation
The Kitsap Community Foundation has recently given grants to 22 of Kitsap County\'s nonprofit organizations. Scholarships are also awarded to graduating high school students in the area who are in pursuit of higher education.
According to Kol Medina, the foundation\'s executive director, the organization has received over a hundred grant applications and has struggled to turn down many deserving requests.
