The Sarkeys Foundation has awarded grants amounting to $1.65 million to 55 Oklahoma nonprofits, as they focus on supporting organization's programs and services benefiting the most vulnerable Oklahomans.
Grant recipients include: $50,000 to the Hearts for Hearing Foundation, Oklahoma City, for Tapping into Tele-Practice; $50,000 to the Homeless Alliance, Oklahoma City, for increasing the WestTown Resource Center's capacity to end family homelessness; $30,000 to Rebuilding Together Tulsa for its Roof Program partnered with energy efficiency repairs and many others.
