Mary Black Foundation CEO and President to Leave Post

The Mary Black Foundation announced that president and CEO of the foundation, Philip Belcher, plans to leave his post after more than 12 years of service.

Philip Belcher has accepted the position as vice president of programs at The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina. The foundation's board will conduct a search for Belcher's replacement.
