About Us
The Foundation for Community Partnerships in Centreville will create the Partnering for Youth Cardio-Fit Project through the $192,000 grant from AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation program, Connections for Cardiovascular Health(SM).
Partnering for Youth Cardio-Fit Project uses a research-based after school program design to offer enrichment and recreational activities to achieve cardiovascular health by promoting healthy eating habits and physically active lifestyles.
