The following list of grants, totaling $361,750, is grouped in tiers by the foundation to reflect a needs assessment.
Top tier needs include affordable housing and homelessness; financial security; and mental health, including both behavioral health and substance abuse.
Middle tier Needs include access to adequate food, to appropriate levels of civic engagement, to education and to employment.
Lower tier Needs: safety, transportation, arts and culture, including recreation.
