Marin County and the Marin Community Foundation are providing an additional $1 million in rental assistance.
The money will help residents whose livelihoods have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
"The need for rental assistance due to income loss from COVID-19 has been absolutely overwhelming," an official says.
