The GCP program would grant $185 million to local governments for park rehabilitation, creation and improvement on a per capita basis.
Lodi parks staff is expected to get a minimum of $200,000 and has compiled a list of projects that meet the stipulations outlined by the California Department of Parks and Recreation.
