Foundation: Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country
KPA!, has operated the free pantry since 2020 for Kerr County residents facing financial hardship.
The organization works with the Upper Guadalupe River Authority, Hill Country Alliance, Kerr County, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Riverside Nature Center, Kerr Together Long Term Recovery Group.
