Kellogg Foundation is supporting efforts to build equitable health systems where every person, regardless of background, has access to the essential ingredients of optimal health.
We fund initiatives that create culturally respectful health and social support systems that enable better communication and building trust between individuals and providers, which leads to improved health outcomes and reduces disparities.
The Kellogg Foundation provides grants to support programs that improve health outcomes.
