A lot of women these days are more focused on building better communities by philanthropic and charitable work. Women, nowadays, make big impact in fundraising and community development and also teaching others on the importance of charity along the way.
Margo Gorchow, an executive director of Bostford Foundation, says that "women have been in volunteer roles forever, whether it is through children's PTA or work with the Red Cross."
